4 slices (2 oz) Krakus® Reduced Sodium Polish Deli Ham
1 whole wheat or whole grain wrap
1 carrot, thinly sliced
¼ red pepper, thinly sliced lengthwise
1 red radish, thinly sliced
½ yellow squash, thinly sliced
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1-2 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped
Makes one serving
Lightly brush one side of the wrap with extra virgin olive oil. Spread chopped romaine lettuce, yellow squash, radish, carrots and red peppers across center of wrap. Place Krakus® Reduced Sodium Polish Deli Ham atop the veggies; roll up burrito fashion, and slice in half to serve.
